About the Role

The Executive Admin role will be an integral part of our Team, reporting directly to the President. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in the exciting and fast paced world of media sales. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to the Team. Key responsibilities will include a blending of executive support and sales operations - all aimed to provide a rewarding career with valuable growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the President
• Coordinate travel arrangements and other logistics and administrative tasks
• Handle confidential communications and manage correspondences
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as needed
• Serve as a liaison between the President and external partners as needed
• Ad campaign processing and maintenance
• Support VP, Sales Operations and Partnerships with related client services

What you'll Bring

• 1 - 4 years of experience as an administrative professional

• Ability to anticipate needs and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment

• A proactive, can-do mindset and partner-first mindset

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and productivity tools

• High proficiency level in Excel is a notable plus

• Canva is also a plus

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in advertising, media, accounting, or sales industries is a plus

• Ability to create, track, and maintain spreadsheets with critical business data

• A business analysis background where you can take your skills, apply, and grow
